Keolis Downer celebrates International Women's Day

There was a full house (and many more online) at Keolis Downer and Yarra Trams’ International Women's Day 2023 panel this afternoon, with Acting CEO Adele McCarthy in conversation with SisterWorks Inc. CEO Ifrin Fittock and Fitted for Work Managing Director Donna de Zwart.
As leaders in their fields, Adele, Donna and Ifrin unpacked the systematic barriers to equity in Australia and what we – as individuals, team members, and organisations – can do to further the cause.
Meanwhile, downstairs at the St James retail precinct beneath Yarra Trams’ CBD offices, SisterWorks hosted a market day, selling wares created by talented migrant and asylum seeker women. All profits go to supporting vulnerable women in our community.
